No Really, He’s in You

What are you passionate about? What gets you out of bed in the morning, or keeps you awake at night dreaming and scheming? What do you want others to know so much that you are bursting at the seems to share with whomever will listen? And why? Why are you passionate, why do you lie awake at night dreaming and scheming, why are you bursting at the seems to tell people?
As we begin 2019 in worship we will be answering some of these questions together. Throughout 2019 my hope and prayer is that we develop a passion for a life engaged in the mission of God, being transformed by,  and communicating constantly, the good news of Jesus in everything we do.
May the words of Paul to the Colossians be true of us, “Jesus is the one we proclaim, admonishing and teaching everyone with all wisdom, so that we may present everyone fully mature in Christ. To this end, I strenuously contend with all the energy Christ so powerfully works in me.”
