Budget & Nominations Meeting

The annual congregational budget/nomination meeting will be immediately following the worship service on Sunday, November 28, 2021.

Due to COVID, we will have in-person and Zoom options.

The purpose of the meeting is to: 

• Approve the society's budget for the upcoming calendar year.
• Appoint the auditor for our 2021 financial report.
• Elect members to the church leadership. 
• Vote upon any motions outlined in the meeting Agenda.

Procedures:

• Voting will be done via raise of hands.
• In-person in the sanctuary and online with zoom
• Tim G. (Moderator) will chair the meeting.
• There will not be food or a potluck.
